Today I'm going to share one of my favorite sweet dish which is known as "BEBINCA" Bebinca is a traditional layered cake of Goa. Bebinca was first made by a nun called Bibiana in the Convent of Santa Monica in Old Goa, who baked layers to symbolize the seven hills of Lisbon and the Old City Of Goa.  Bebinca is a type of pudding traditionally made of 16 layers.                                                                                                 PORK SORPOTEL Hello and welcome back on another culinary adventure with Viana D'Silva. Today, I would like to share another one of my favourite dishes the "Pork Sorpotel". Sorpotel is the Goan Nomenclature for the North-East Brazilian dish named Sarapatel. The dish is from the region of Alentejo in Portugal, in Western Europe. The Portugal colonizers carried forward this traditional meat curry to the countries they conquered.  Sorpotel is a red meat curry that is wonderfully tangy and spicy. Welcome back on another culinary adventure with Viana D'silva.Today, I would like to share another one of my favorite dishes the "Shark  Ambot Tik    Curry". "Ambotik" is two words, "ambot" means "sour/tangy" and "tik" means  "hot/spicy".  So as the name suggests Ambot tik is spicy and tangy fish curry.
